 Annual membership is due. For non-student members it is $20 per person or $30 for a family. For student members it is $10. Everyone will also need to fill out a form. Suzanne can take cash or credit cards.

Repeater Placement

 Consider RB Outpost (10 miles NE of Manhattan) as a location site for the digital repeater. We will need to purchase feed line and a lightening arrester for around $300. We will use the same antenna, but it will be higher. It will have a tilt over pole for the tower and will be accessible with a man lift.

 Motion was made by Craig to buy the feed line and lightening arrester. Motion was seconded and passed.

New Business:

Officer Elections

 Club President: Ryan Benteman o declines to continue if there is someone willing to take over, but will continue otherwise

 Vice President: Mike Asbury o Willing to continue

 Treasurer: Suzanne Asbury o Willing to continue

 Secretary: Ashley Benteman o Declines to continue o Nomination: Suzanne Asbury (note: Ashley will continue to run the FB page)

Amendment to bylaws for lifetime membership

 We currently do not have any information in our constitution for a lifetime membership for club members. This may be something that we consider the advantages and disadvantages. We would need to have a petition signed by 1/5 of members to institute a club vote. We will table this for another meeting once more research is done.

Field Day

 We may want to consider the observation point above the dam this year as a place to operate because Stampede is no longer at Tuttle Creek
